He is survived by: his wife Marty Sawyer Burleigh of Punxsutawney; his children, Thomas J. Burleigh, Jr. (Stephanie) of Phoenixville, PA, Katie L. Baker (Matt) of Schwenksville, PA, Emily Conrad (Josh) of Punxsutawney and Jeff Dean of Punxsutawney; and his grandchildren, Lyla, Thomas, Allie, Hank, Luke, Owen, Miles and Henry.
