He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Matoka and John R. Matoka. He is survived by: his wife Sheri Matoka (Luketich); his children, Jeffrey Matoka, Adrienne Painter, Heidi Ricci, Matthew Boyd, Bonnie Cochran, Daniel Milton, Ramona Dunlap, Marty Poliyak and Desiree Stamler; and his siblings, Jessica McNamara, LuAnn Peterman, Judy Redilla, Elizabeth Matoka and Gregory Matoka. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
