It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Cochran of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 11, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl B. Miller and Rosetta Smith; her son William John Cochran (Robin); her grandchildren, Francesca Cochran, Stephanie Elliott and Tucker James; and her close friend Patricia Hill.
She is survived by: her stepfather William McCracken; her children, Frank L. Cochran (Tina), Beverly Cochran and Charlene Elliott Jr. (James); and her siblings, Sally Gruda (Frank) and Tanoma. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
