He is survived by: his father Randall Lee Burkett, Sr.; his wife Rebbecca; his son Dylan Burkett; his sisters, Myranda Phillips (Jonathon) of Punxsutawney and Nerissa Boatwright (Mike) of Brunswick, GA; and his grandparents, Georgia Sweitzer of DuBois, Verlon Burkett of Punxsutawney and Marian Burkett of Punxsutawney.
