She is survived by: her husband Stephen; her children, Michael Krucelyak (Carla) of Punxsutawney, David Krucelyak (Pam) of Millsboro, DE and Karen Setree (Scott) of Rossiter; her sisters, Catherine Hess of Clearfield and Josephine Hoover; her grandchildren, Brian, Kyle, Derek Krucelyak, Kera Koziara (Kurtis), Craig and Hollyann Setree; and her child Kullen Koziara.
