She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace L. Blose (Hoffman) and Stanley R. Blose; her husband Wayne B. Combs; her children, Leona Griffith, Sharon Powell and Wayne B. Combs; and her siblings, Wayne Bush, Charlie Bush, Scott Blose, Velma Bush, Martha Jane Denback and Margaret Hetrick.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Powell (Jacqueline "Toot") of Punxsutawney, LaDonna Rudolph (Jeff) of Punxsutawney and Bonnie Farster (Craig) of Brookville; her grandchildren, Fred Griffith (Brandy), Wayne Griffith, Brook Griffith (Tammy), Amber Brocious (Brad), Anteisha Stahlman (Scott), Jeb Powell, Dustin Rudolph (Misty), Cheri Curry (Josh), Sheena Brown and Benjamin Martz (Tara); her great grandchildren, Holden, Sydney Griffith, Dannika, Jett Brocious, Parker, Nolan Stahlman, Austin Adkins, Christian, Troy Rudolph, Cooper, Atlys Curry, Lillian Moate, Dakota Peters, Gracie Cary, Caylin, Aurora, Temperance Brown, Daisha, Landyn, Luna Liam, Onyx Martz, Liam Martz and Ava Covert; and her sister Ruby Kelly of Harztown, PA..
