She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois L. Smith (Gromley) and William O. Smith. She is survived by: her spouse E. Jerry Rummerfield; her sons, Steven J. Belisky of Marietta, OH and Brandyn Belisky (Tiffany) of Punxsutawney; and her grandchildren, Landyn, Bayleigh, Chase Belisky, Emma, William L. Belisky, Gage Matthews and Cameron McKeal. She is also survived by four brothers and three sisters.
