He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay Kanouff and Dorothy Inez Kanouff (Sutter); his wife Helen "June" Kanouff (Gaston); his siblings, Mervin Winters, Terry Kanouff and Jean Murry; and his sister-in-law Dolly Winters.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald "Rick" Kanouff (Vicki Blattenberger) of Blairsville, Gary E. Kanouff (Donna) of Marion Center, Robin Gray (Daniel) of Juneau and Bobbi Young (Mark) of Punxsutawney; his grandchildren, Jessica Lowmaster, Cody Lowmaster, Nathan Kanouff (Cheyenne), Jonathan Kanouff, Joseph Kanouff (Amanda), Dustin Gray (Ashley), Adrian Bingaman (Dustin), Emma, Gage and Nora Young; his brother Earl "Snook" Kanouff (Donna) of Juneau; and his siblings-in-law, Oscer Murry and Wendy Kanouff (Donna Painter). He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
