It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Sprankle (Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 10, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Carmen Sprankle (Harwick); and his siblings, Norma Barnett, Nettie Domb, Merle, Ronald and James Sprankle.
He is survived by: his parent George Sprankle; his spouse Harriet F. Sprankle (Schrack); his children, Patty Cunningham (Phil) of Punxsutawney, Donna Mancuso (David) of Fairview and David Sprankle (Stephani) of Shippenville, PA; his grandchildren, Drew Cunningham, Shanon Blose, Sarah Downer (Blake), Brandon, Nick Mancuso, Breanna, Abigail Sprankle, Briana and RyAnn Crusan; his great grandchildren, Kade and Knox Downer; his brothers, Richard Sprankle (Emmy Lou) of Tennessee and Larry Sprankle (Debbie) of Virginia; and his sister-in-law Sally Sprankle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, in memory of Mr. Sprankle, to the Scotland Avenue Church of God, Scotland Avenue Extension, Punxsutawney, PA 15767.
