He was predeceased by: his parent Meade L.; his wife Doris Gerano; his siblings, Frank, Glen, Carl, Perl, Max Fye, Jeanette Knarr, Sara Pifer, Grace Marshall and Martha Jane Kopp; and his former wife Jessie Bishop (Fye).
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl L. Gray (Paul) of Everett, Washington, Sue Fye (Richard Foley) of Ivor, VA and Wanda Schmaus (Michael) of Punxsutawney; and his stepdaughter Robin Shaffer of Wilmington. He is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
