He is survived by: his parent Lillie Blose (McGregor); his wife Patricia Barilar (Kephart) of Punxsutawney; his children, Debbie Mumper (Hank) of Punxsutawney, Mona Sarriccio of Florida, Gwen Miller of Moon Twp, Kathy Barnard (Richard) of Greensburg, Marine Sgt and Major Douglas Blose (Melissa) of Virginia Beach, VA.; his stepchildren, Joan Barilar of Mechanicsburg, Patsy Johnson (Dirk) of Sterling, VA., Alan Barilar and Shirley Pickens of California; his grandchildren, Ryan Anderson, Tracy Anderson, Mason Hanley, Eric Manners, Luke Manners, Jenna Miller, Adam Barnard and Charlsey Blose Cashiola; his stepgrandchildren, Andrew Angle and Nicholas Barilar; his great grandchildren, Zakk Anderson, Sky Anderson, Cole Hanley, Ally Manners, Phalen Manners and Ovanda Cashiola; and his siblings, Darlene Shaffer (Jim) of Oliveburg, William Blose of Punxsutawney and Jim Blose (Janice) of Punxsutawney.
