He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Dobbins of Punxsutawney, Gary Spencer (Jane) of New Brighton, PA and Dusty Spencer; and his brothers, Earl Spencer of Ambridge, PA and Don Spencer (Shirley) of Indiana, PA.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
