He was predeceased by: his parent Mamie Elmira (Shaffer). He is survived by: his parent Webster William Smith; his spouse Cora Belle Smith (Treese); his children, Dennis R. Smith (Cathy) of Brookville and Cindy Kennedy (Dean) of Stanton; his grandson Tyler Smith (Lindsay) of Punxsutawney; his great grandchildren, Isaac Smith and Caleb Smith; and his granddaughter Lacey Jo Ashley Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
