Mahan; her children, Daniel R. Mahan (Jacqui) of Camarillo, CA, Jennifer L. Sowizdrzal (Pete) of Willsboro, NY, Joseph E. Mahan (Tracey) of Punxsutawney, PA and Deana M. Lowmaster (Michael) of Big Run, PA; her grandchildren, Malachi Mahan (Erica), Jacob Mahan (Lacey), Kristin, Kaitlyn Lowmaster and Madison Mahan; her great grandchildren, Parker and Cooper Mahan; and her sister Judith Weaver. She is also survived by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Phyllis's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
