He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Franklin Patrick and Linnie Patrick; his siblings, Sally Roggenbaum (Patrick) and Butch Patrick (Delford); and his stepdaughter Tina McCracken of Punxsutawney.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul Patrick (Shelley) of Bellefonte and Mike Patrick (Laura) of Punxsutawney; his stepdaughter Marie Reeseman (Tom) of Punxsutawney; his brother Rick Patrick (Linda) of Rew; and his grandchildren, Nikki Esposti, Kristi Patrick, Cassie Peffer, Michael Patrick, Reese Patrick, Clayton Patrick, Kaitlyn Patrick, Mable Tressler, Rachel Guyer, Randi Deitman, Tommie Reeseman, Amanda Ecelberger, Angela Booher and Jonathan McCracken. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
