It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy F. Defelice Jr. (Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 8, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Anthony Defelice, Joseph "Yates" Defelice, Carmen Peter Defelice, Michael Defelice, Concetta "Duddie" Palarino and Rose E. Defelice; and his granddaughter Brielle Defelice.
He is survived by: his son Pat Defelice (Pam) of Punxsutawney; his grandchildren, Sapphire Lowry (Daniel) and Pasquale "Boober" Defelice; his daughter Katie Laska; his grandchildren, Jeremy and Angela; his daughter Sarah Delpra (Bucky); and his grandson Trevor.
