She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Affolter and Fannie Frances Affolter (Donaldson); her brother Jackie Affolter; her sister-in-law Anna Marie Affolter; her niece Deanna Affolter; and her half-siblings, Fran Beliskey and Eddie Rager.
She is survived by: her son Michael Joseph Patrick, Sr. (Laura Lee) of Punxsutawney; her grandchildren, Cassie Marie Peffer (Brett) of Big Run, Michael Joseph Patrick, Jr. of Troutville, Reese Paul Patrick (Kendra), Michael J. Patrick Jr. of Troutville and Clayton Kenneth Patrick (Kaitlyn JoLee Patrick); and her great grandchildren, Harmonee Elkin, Huntyr Elkin, Havanna Patrick and Bentlea Peffer.
Flowers and memorial donations may be delivered to the family at the Flashover Club.
