We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2023, at the age of 88, Norman Eugene Reed (Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Norman Eugene Reed to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Reed and Arveda Reed (Sprague); his wife Sarah Mae Reed (Strouse); and his sister Marie Shaffer. He is survived by: his children, Fred Reed (Renee) of Reynoldsville, Melanie Shepler (Kevin) of Troutville, Mary Hollopeter (Brett) of Rockton and Gary Reed (Sherri) of Reynoldsville; and his siblings, John Reed of Punxsutawney, Richard "Dick" Reed (Judy) of Falls Creek, Sarah Perry of Dover and Betty Dickey (Rich) of Reynoldsville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Paradise United Church of Christ.
