He is survived by: his children, Dan Bolvin (Caroline) of Disputanta, VA, Dave Bolvin (Song Hui) of Elizabethtown, KY, Ken Bolvin (Kristin) of Punxsutawney, PA and Heather Bolvin of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Joshua, Shannon Bolvin, Strider and Maxwell Bolvin; his nephews, Edward Fontanese of Emigh, Blaine Fontanese of Commodore and Gregory Fontanese of Kiowa, CO; and his niece Julie Cable of Saltsburg.
