He was predeceased by: his father Jack White; and his grandparents, Luther, Mille Burkett, Wayne and Martha White.
He is survived by: his mother Mildred Pauline "Cookie" White (Burkett); his brother Marty White of Punxsutawney; his niece Shelby White of Hershey; and his aunts and uncles, Kim Bosak (Dave) of Punxsutawney, Thalia White of Meadville, Ann Noble (Tom) of Rockton, Butch White (Karen) of Punxsutawney and Louis Burkett (Bernie) of Connellsville.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shumaker Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
