It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Johnston of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 18, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Addison Smith and Mildred Smith (Shaffer); her daughter Linda Lee Johnston; her brothers, Harold Smith and George Smith; and also Joseph Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Jack LeRoy Johnston; her children, William Johnston (Connie) of Troutville, Brenda Cyphert of Punxsutawney and Raymond A. Johnston (Janet) of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Mitchell Johnston (Jen), Jessica Cochran, Tiffany Cyphert, Ryan and Sheena Patricelli; and her siblings, Clair Smith (Fran) of Tennessee, Emma Smith of Atlanta, Georgia. and Carol Ann Jeskey of Atlanta, Georgia.. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
