We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2021, at the age of 92, Marilyn L. Nickel of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, born in Sykesville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha B. London (Miller) and Edward W. London; her husband John W. Nickel; her brother Colonel James E. London; her sister-in-law Merrilou London; her son-in-law Stanley L. Mickle, Sr.; her brothers-in-law, W. Wilson Blair and David M. Blair; and also Paul A. Drexler.
She is survived by: her children, Paul E. Drexler (Tamra) of Rockwall, TX, Loretta M. "Lori" Mickle of Titusville, FL, Gary M. "Lurch" Drexler (Mona Lisa) of Port St, Alan G. "Al" Drexler (Nancy) of Sykesville, PA and Glen A. Drexler of Phoenix, AZ; her sisters, Marianne "Ann" Blair of DuBois, PA and Carole Blair of Punxsutawney, PA; her niece Karen Knopick (John); and her grandsons, Stanley L. Mickle, Jr., Matthew P. Drexler Morrow (Stacie), Gary M. Drexler II (Clarissa), Derik A. Drexler (Ashley), Christopher J. Drexler (Leah) and Daniel D. Drexler (Cristy). She is also survived by five great grandsons; two great granddaughters; four step grandsons; one step granddaughter; and numerous step great grandchildren.
