She was predeceased by: her parent Villa Whitesell (Gaston); and her siblings, Viola "Peg" Gardner, Mary McCormick and Paul R. Whitesell. She is survived by: her parent Lester Whitesell; her spouse George C. Zerbe; her daughters, Peggy Wilson of Smicksburg and Laura Reeger (Denny) of Five Points; her grandchildren, David Wilson, Brian Wilson of Smicksburg, Jenny Zassuto of Plumville and Allen Reeger of Five Points; and her brother Dick Whitesell of New York.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
