She was predeceased by: her parents, Effie Ritzie (Northey) and Chester A. Ritzie; her husband Joseph Lazorcak; her daughter Nancy Lazorchak; and her brother Charles E. Ritzie.
She is survived by: her son Dave Lazorchak (Carol) of Punxsutawney; her grandchildren, Jennifer Dee (Paul "PJ") of Bryn Mawr, PA, Alison Bernat (Jake) of Punxsutawney, Lydia, Chloe Dee, Madelyn and Carter Bernat; her nephew Charles W. Ritzie (Jeannie) of Reynoldsville; and her niece Rhonda Littlefield (Jim) of Bedford, PA..
