Leonard C. Plyler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2021, at the age of 83, Leonard C. Plyler of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Plyler (Young) and Clark L. Plyler; his granddaughter Amber London; his sisters, Alverda Milliron and Dorothy Beck; and his brothers-in-law, John McMillen, Merle Beck, Milton Randall, John Kitner and Frank Milliron.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Plyer (Miller); his children, Dennis Plyler (Robin) of Punxsutawney, Renda London (Russ) of Punxsutawney, Sandra Plyer Burris of Punxsutawney, Wendell Plyler (Tammy) of Plumville, Bonnie Shiock (Tom) of Punxsutawney and Rodney Plyler of Marion Center; and his siblings, Helen McMillen, Doris Randall, Wayne Plyler (Janet), Blair Plyler (Joyce), Thelma Kitner, Eleanor Wharton (Herb) and Darrell Plyler (Shirley). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren.
