DeChurch of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, born in Sykesville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 10, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucia DeChurch (Ferante) and Amerigo DeChurch; his wife Angeline F. DeChurch (Cappella); and his sisters, Elsie Maimone and Adeline Matusky.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Samad (Ozzy) of Murraysville and Angel DeChurch of Punxsutawney; his grandchildren, Marina and Harris Samad; and his siblings, Alfred DeChurch (Phyllis) of Youngstown, OH, George DeChurch (Pat) of Louisville, KY and Patricia Clapsaddle of DuBois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, in memory of Mr. DeChurch, to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to St. Vincent De Paul.
