He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Whitmer and Helen Whitmer (Lawson). He is survived by: his significant other Susan Fleming; his daughters, Steychia, Melissa (Steven Galbraith) and Kayla (Nathan Goss); his stepsons, David and Jeff Fleming; his grandchildren, Oriana, Austin, Victoria, Alyssa, Mackenzie, Jeffrey, Riley, Zachary, Katie and Mekenzie; his great grandchildren, Aubriella and Zayden; and his brothers, David Smith of Youngstown, Albert Smith of Youngstown and Jerry Whitmer (Karen Feathers) of Youngstown.
