Perry of Punxsutawney and Mandi Perry of Punxsutawney; his grandchildren, Abagail Perry, Madelyn Perry, Maxton Perry and Mason Perry; his former wife Margaret Louise Perry (Huey); and his sisters, Rose Harmon of Georgeville and Jenny Perry of Kittanning. He is also survived by father to his children.
