He is survived by: his father Barry Headlee, Sr.; his stepmother Lydia Headlee of Imperial, PA; his siblings, Tamra Barnes (Wayne) of Chicopee, Leslie Headlee of Chicopee and Barry Headlee, Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, Brian Barnes, Barry Headlee, III (Diana Dantos), Travis Headlee (Alina), Jorge Montano, Rebecca Headlee, Cassandra Montano and Destinie Montano. He is also survived by 12 great-nieces and great-nephews.
