He is survived by: his parent Mary Zizak (Kerbanich); his wife Waneta Zizak (Phillips); his daughters, Mary A. Harmon (Bob) of Rossiter and Madelyn Persing (Madge); his grandchildren, Jonna Zizak, Valerie Morais (Zizak), Clint Davis (Angie) of Punxsutawney, Keri Cimarolli (Rebuck), Kimberly Feighner (Rebuck), Kelsey Rebuck, Allen Rebuck of Coraopolis and Kyle Rebuck of Butler; and his great grandchildren, Issak, Noah, Lakyn, Clarissa, Nicklaus, Owen, Donovan and Thomas.
