He was predeceased by: his parents, John David and Olga Marie Sisk (Lang); and his sister Ann Sisk. He is survived by: his spouse Jeanne L. Coble; his children, Julie Vassallo (Bill) of Punxsutawney, James "Bernie" Sisk (Meg) of Greensboro, NC and John "Jack" Sisk (Laurie) of Home, PA; his grandchildren, Adam Vassallo (Whitney) of Bethel Park, Aaron Sisk and Hannah Sisk of Greensboro, NC; his great grandchild Carson Vassallo; and his brother William Sisk (Judy) of Punxsutawney.
