He was predeceased by: his son Floyd Pierce; his grandson Adam Pierce; his siblings, Jake, Floyd, Bill, John, Wade, Pat, Pete Reitz, Dorothy Swartz, Helen Keller, Joyce Heckendorn, Jean Young and Ruth Young; and his mother-in-law Sophie Waltman.
He is survived by: his wife Annamae Pierce; his children, Jerry Pierce, Jr., Kevin Pierce, David Pierce and Christine Pierce (Mike Sharp, Christian); and his brother Sam Reitz. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren. 14 great grandchildren and many cousins.
