He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Clair Shick Sr. and Suzanne Naomi Shick (Exley). He is survived by: his wife Helen Shick (Wittmann); his children, Timothy E. Shick of York, PA, Tracey L. Bair of York and Nicole R. Shick of Clarion, PA; his stepdaughters, Nicole E. Miller of Punxsutawney and Jessica G. Ehrhart of Delta, PA; his grandchildren, Halee Shick, Mariah Bair, Jayden Bair, Gavin Miller, Liam Shick and Ryan Shick; and his siblings, Gregory L. Shick (Jamie), Vernon "Bud" Shick (Connie) of Punxsutawney and Nita Allessie of Punxsutawney.
