He was predeceased by: his brother David Allen Keith, Jr.; and his grandparents, Mary, Felix Schepis, Mildred and Gerald Keith.
He is survived by: his parents, David Allen Keith (Bernadette) and Karen Lynn Keith (Miller); his sister Julie Perry of Punxsutawney; his sister-in-law Nicole Lomartire of Maryland; his niece Kayla Hepke (family: Madelyn, Mason, Maxton Perry); and his stepbrothers, Waylon and Heath Cunningham. He is also survived by uncles and aunts and cousins.
