He is survived by: his children, Ronald James Saffer of Punxsutawney and Cheryl A. Heilbrun (Carl) of Grampian, PA; his grandchildren, Jamie Stonbraker (Nathan), Danielle Winkelman, Keith Winkelman (Joey) and Eric Winkelman; his great grandchildren, Shane Stonbraker, J. D. Stonbraker and Oliver Winkelman; and his brothers, William Saffer (Florence) of Nashville, TN and Gerald Saffer (Jean) of Newburyport, OH..
