Lisak (Jenny) and Jan Monyak (Mike); her grandchildren, Amanda Setree, Will Lisak, Melinda Mabila (Christian), Emma Lisak, Anna Monyak (Bryan Seitz) and Jameson Lisak; her great grandchildren, Michael Setree, Christopher Setree, Noah Mabila, Vera Mabila and Maeve Mabila; and her siblings, George Schlosky, Clara Petrosky, Walter Schlosky, Pauline Gary, Marion Schlosky, Ester Cariffe, Edward Schlosky and Sarah Berdy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
