She was predeceased by: her parent Evan Oakley. She is survived by: her parent Laura Stiver (Conrad); her grandchildren, Eric Toy, Jessie Bowser of Punxsutawney and Cheryl Gemmell (Eric) of Carlisle; her great grandchildren, Andrea Gemmell and John Gemmell; her sisters, Mary Couch of Punxsutawney and Dorothy Keslar; her daughter Gloria Toy; and her sisters, Helen Himes and Edna Muth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews Preceded in death by her parents.
