He was predeceased by: his parents, Vira Cook (Stewart) and Albert V. Cook; and his siblings, John, Jim, Jake, David, Harry Cook, Edra Sykes, Ruth Neyerlin and Helen Curry.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Cook (Rinaldi); his children, Ronald Cook (Velma) of Punxsutawney and Cathy London (Kim) of Punxsutawney; his grandchildren, Cory Cook (Jenna), Kelsey Geerin (Jimmy), Alex and Max London; and his great grandchildren, Garrick Cook and Bode Geerin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
