We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2018, at the age of 88, Homer Vance (Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania), born in Rochester, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Homer Clenden; and his sisters, Dorothy Flanders and Harriet Weber. He is survived by: his parent Eva Vance (Reader); and his children, Toni Ann Knouse of DuBois, Donna Lynn Vance of DuBois and Timothy L. Vance (Georgia) of New Castle. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
