It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herb Manners of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eugene Manners and Lucille Manners (Lauer); his siblings, Ronald Manners and Margaret "Peg" Brooks; and his nephew Cody Haag.
He is survived by: his wife Patti Jean Haag; his siblings, Marion Meckley (George) of Lorton, Virginia, John Manners of Punxsutawney, Henry Manners (Tina) of Punxsutawney and Steven "Gus" Manners (Dianna) of Brookville; and his brother-in-law Terry Haag (Jeanne) of Rossiter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
