She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Smith; her husband Rev. Donald G. Miles; her siblings, Jack Smith, Paul Smith, Gary Smith and Wanda Radford; and her grandson Erik Ford.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Miles (Diane) of Madison, OH, Celia Watts (Kevin) of Loveland, OH and Donna Ford of Brookville, PA; and her siblings, Barb Beatty, Darrell Smith and Karen Verdill. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great – grandchildren.
