He is survived by: his wife Carol J. King Blose; his children, Darcey Mitchell (David) of Pensacola, FL, Todd Blose of Jamestown and Michael Blose (Terri) of Shepherdsville, KY; his grandchildren, Kerianna Mitchell, Cameron Blose and Lauren Blose; and his sisters, Shirley Heilman of Tennessee and Judy Beatty of California.
