He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrold W. Smith and Goldie Helen Smith (Kaylor); his former wives, Norma Clare Smith (Stephens) and Ora Kathleen Smith (Bushly); and his son David Scott Smith.
He is survived by: his former wife Virginia Stahlman (Dixon); his grandson Nathan; his wife Ginny; his daughter Holly Kathleen Falk (Robert) of Reynoldsville; his stepchildren, Susan Hepler (Dennis) of New Bethlehem, David Stahlman (Megan) of Ohl and Steven Stahlman (Crystal) of Summerville; and his siblings, John T. Smith (Cathy) of Punxsutawney, Janet Jean Milliron (John) of New Bethlehem and Margaret Shields of Covode. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one on the way; numerous nieces and nephews.
