He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Anderson and Mary Anderson (Johnson); his wife Arlene Vera Pierce; his granddaughter Amber Pennington (Jack Friend); and his brothers, George, Elmer, Hildeen, Wilbert, Gordon and Charles Anderson, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Tationia "Shawnee"; his friends, Joseph Anderson (Kathy) of Rossiter, Linnea "Lynn" Smith (Alan) of Punxsutawney and Rita Campagnola (Dave Boboige) of DuBois; and his grandchildren, Tonya Milton (Dan), Tennelle Dienes (Paul), Leshawna Greenawalt (Paul), Letrisha Herr (Chip), Misty Kimmerlee (Jeff), Jared Pennington (Brittany), Joseph Campagnola, Matthew Campagnola (Erin), Jaci Campagnola, Dr. Kelly Smith (Joesph Ruscitti) and Jodi Presloid (James). He is also survived by 28 great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc. (115 E Union St, Punxsutawney, PA 15767). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
