Geraldine Vanwhy Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2019, at the age of 89, Geraldine Vanwhy (Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania), born in Yatesboro, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur L. Klein and Minnie Caroline Klein (Allenbaugh); and her siblings, Audry Klein, Walter Klein, Arthur "Dutch" Klein and Kenneth Klein.

She is survived by: her children, Gilbert L. "Butch" Young, Jr. (Patty) of Punxsutawney, Arthur L. "Bud" Young (Cheryl) of Valier, Robin Biesinger (John Cochran) of Punxsutawney and Kimberly Hochard (John) of Somerset; and her grandchildren, Andrew Young (Wendy, Michael Young), Buddy Young (Amy, Randy Young), Melissa Talarovich, Jeremy Talarovich (Sharayah, Mandy Moccio), Shane Biesinger, Brandon Biesinger (Brandi Gould) and Katelyn Biesinger (Chris Maze). She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in Geraldine's memory to Hahne Cancer Center.
