He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim McCullough and Mary McCullough; his son Scott McCullough; and his brothers, Jim and Willie McCullough.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; and his children, Gary McCullough (Brenda) of Troutville, PA, Barb Pearson (Kelly) of Lakeland, FL, Randy McCullough (Francine) of Bellefonte, PA, Leslie Snyder (Joe) of Hamilton, PA, Lisa Phillips (Jim) of Punxy and Kenny Lyle (Yogi) of Hamilton. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fait funeral home to assist with Fred's funeral expenses.
