He is survived by: his mother-in-law Norma Jane (Means); and his children, Sandra Winger (Gary) of Spring Church, PA, Linda Billings (late Bob) of St. Regis Falls, NY, Barbara Dunlap (late Jim) of Punxsutawney, Flo Bunnell (Ralph) of Punxsutawney, Frank T. Harl, III of Cincinnati and Kathy Barnett (Jake) of Johnstown, PA. He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren and twenty-seven great grandchildren.
