He was predeceased by: his parents, William Raymond "Ray" Weaver and Norma Jean Weaver (Schneider); his sister Laura Harris; and his nephew Luke Lingenfelter. He is survived by: his daughter Natasha Vaughn (Timothy) of Jonesboro, Georgia; his grandchildren, Taima, Xaorise, Jahdai and Ilmari; his siblings, Paula Lingenfelter of Punxsutawney, Jennifer Velando of Houston, Texas, Michael Weaver (Rose) of Punxsutawney and Matthew Weaver (Tina) of Punxsutawney; his nieces and nephews, Jodi Shaffer, Erin Myers, Kellen Harris, Courtney Neal, Whitney Vassallo, Neal, Daniel, John Weaver, Isaac, Alex Velando and Cristina Crespo; and his brother-in-law John Harris.
