Kotula; her children, Dennis Kotula (Sharon) of Baltimore, MD, Mary Ann Werner (Michael) of St. Marys, PA and Patricia Rhodes (David) of Manassas Park, VA; her grandchildren, Natasha Kotula, Alexandra Mariotti, Nicholas Kotula, Michelle Crowe, Megan Werner, Ryan Rhodes and Ashley Rhodes; and her brother Daniel Rodgers of Reynoldsville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
