He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Emberg and Eliza Emberg (Chapman); his siblings, Edna Bish, Thelma Bianco, Ellen Jane Gaston, Eugene and Leonard Emberg; and his son-in-law Ted Peace.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Kunselman; his daughters, Elaine LeVier (Randy) of Punxsutawney, Cheri Peace of Punxsutawney, Barbara Kostok (Robert) of Punxsutawney and Robin VanLeer (Gary) of Punxsutawney; his grandchildren, Matthew LeVier of Glendale, Melissa Vanderslice of Frederick, Justin Peace of Punxsutawney, Shawna Peace of Punxsutawney, David Kostok of Punxsutawney, Brett VanLeer of Punxsutawney, Steven Kostok of Clarion, Brock VanLeer of Yorba Linda and Michael Kostok of Greenville; his great grandchildren, Gaige LeVier, Jerzie, Breckin Peace, Zander Miceli, Elliana, Brady Kostok, Elliot and Easton Vanderslice; and his sister Sara Burkhardt of Punxsutawney.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, arrangements are private and under the direction of Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc., Punxsutawney.
